Research Abstract |
In April 〜 July, 2002, it carried out the questionnaire survey by the self-registering description for Parkinson disease patient 70 persons under K hospital medicine ambulatory. Following content became clear as a result of the 63 analysis that the usefulness answer was got (men 18 persons, women 38 persons, 68.9 average age, SD8.7-year-old). Average score of the 65-year-old up groups was superiorly higher than groups under 65-year-old for CHLC and PHLC of the Health Locus of Control (MHLC) low order scale. On the QOL score of the research object person, it could not recognize the difference by MHLC low order scale and fundamental attribute. In Stage I, II group, the human who answered about "it will be cured someday" with "there is yes" was predominant in 77.8% III group 88.0%, and IV group 55.0%, when the disease acceptance process was observed according to the seriousness classification of Hoehn & Yahr. Similarly, the human who answered about "it wants to spend it in future worthily" with "there is yes" was predominant in Stage I, II group 77.8%, III group 43.2%, and IV group 35.0%. These results show that there are tendency required in the result of fortune and the others, etc. with external taking a belief on the cause of disease and health for the old Parkinson disease patient. In addition, the Parkinson disease patient seemed to show that the affirmative recognition for the disease lowered with the progress of the symptom, even if it dealt with the change of the life style by the contraction.
