Research Abstract |
The relation of morphological development and the normal process of cortical bone acquisition was investigated and was examined in 2001. As the result, it was possible to clarify becoming relative bone weak stage in which the acquisition of the bone strength has not overtaken the morphological development, process over the junior high school stage since later stage of elementary school. This result was reported in the JBMM (Journal of Bone and Mineral Metabolism). In 2002, the effect of daily physical activity including a physical education class in the development of physical fitness. and motor ability during growth period was reported. This result was reported in the JJPS (Journal of the Japan Pediatric Society). It was possible to clarify frequency of physical activity in childhood and adolescence in 2003. As the result, sports activity of the junior high school student increased in comparison with the pupil in other school stage. In addition, the junior high school student rose most on the fracture rate. This result was reported in the JJPS (Journal of the Japan Pediatric Society). From these results, the new proposal on composition of physical education class from elementary school to high school was arranged as a report.
