Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究では、Moving Particle Semi-implicit (MPS) 法と連続体モデルの連成による不均一系気-液流解析モデルの構築を目指す。本年度の研究ではモデルの精度康応をめざし、充填層内での計算に取り組んだ。ガス流れが液流れに加える外力のモデル化を行い、解析モデルに導入する。解析精度の検証のため、単純な系での実験との比較を行い、気-液流の定性的な表現が可能なモデルの構築を目指す。本年度では、MPS法とSMAC (Simplified Marker And Cell) 法の連成による気液流解析モデルの構築を行い、三次元構造をもつ充填像においての気液流解析を行なった。本モデルでは、液相の運動については粒子法の一種であるMPS法を用い、気相の運動については格子法の一種であるSMAC法を用いる。気液間の相互作用は、気相から液相については粘度と圧力による外力の導入により、液相から気相への影響は液相からの外力と、体積力型埋め込み境界法により計算を行う。また固相については、それぞれの手法に境界条件の設定による、固相から液相もしくは固相から気相への一方向の影響のみ解析が可能である。
MPS-SMACモデルを用いて、気液向流の条件で解析を行なった。充填層での気液向流条件での数値計算を行い、液の流動に伴う気相の圧力変化や気相から受ける抗力による液体の変形が確認された。局所的な液の変形は、液の落下に伴うガスの流れと下部から流入したガスの集中により発生したと考えられる。本モデルは、不均一な粒子配列の充填層内における液界面の変形を伴う気液流動解析が可能である。
