Research Abstract

アセタールC-O結合のオルトアルキンへの付加反応が、塩化白金-βピネン触媒系により効率よく進行し、アルコキシインデン誘導体が高収率で得られることを見出した。また、オルトアルキニルアリールアミドのC-N結合が白金触媒の存在下アルキン三重結合に分子内付加し、カルボニルインドール誘導体が良好な収率で得られることを見出した。インドール骨格を有する生理活性化合物は多く、その触媒的合成は重要である。
ルイス酸・遷移金属両機能性触媒について研究を行い、アルキニル基を有するベンズアルデヒドとアセチレン類が塩化金の存在下で反応し、ナフタレン誘導体を与えることを見いだした。反応はピリリウムイオン中間体のDiels-Alder反応を経て進行していると考えられ、前例のないナフタレン骨格合成法である。
電子吸引基を有するアルキンとイソシアニドが2座配位型のホスフィン(dppp)の存在下で縮合し、ピロール誘導体を与えることを見いだした。この反応には金属触媒は関与せず、ホスフィンが有機分子触媒として働いていることが明らかとなった。反応はほぼ中性条件下で進行するため、様々な官能基を有するピロール誘導体合成への応用が期待できる。
イッテルビウム触媒の存在下、メチレンシクロプロパンとアセタールの分子間反応が、C-O結合付加とFriedel-Crafts反応のタンデム型反応として進行し、多置換インデン誘導体が得られることを見出した。また、パラジウム触媒の存在下、メチレンアジリジンとアシルピリジンが反応し、ピリジン環を有するピロール誘導体を与えることを見いだした。この骨格を有する生理活性物質は多く、様々な応用が期待できる。
ルイス酸による分子内アリル化反応とルテニウム触媒による閉環メタセシスを組み合わせたコンバージェントプロセスを用い、ブレベトキシンやイェッソトキシンなど海洋産ポリ環状エーテルの合成中間体を収束的に合成することに成功した。
