Research Abstract |
The research purposes of this research are the following four concrete problems. First, the current state and the problem of the research on FD・SD in Japan are clarified. Secondarly, advanced cases with FD・SD in various foreign countries are collected. Thirdly, consideration to FD・SD of the president, dean, and general teacher of the university of Japan is clarified. Finally, the current state and the problem of the institutionalization of FD・SD in Japan are clarified based on the aspect of the cross country comparison. The result of the research concerning FD included the following results of the research. The consideration of the teacher of the university to FD is more positive than ten years ago. It is thought that the consideration of the teacher of the university is the one in the change in such consideration by having changed from the research intention to an educational intention to some degree. vanced approach for the foreign country to act FD. Generally, it can be said that FD of Japan is a top down type rather than a bottom-up type, a compulsion type rather than the freestyle, a uniform type rather than various types, and narrow sense type rather than wide sense type. In addition, in the process of introducing an advanced model of the foreign country, the tension, the conflicts, and the frictions of the Japanese culture, climate, and soil, are caused. It seems that the time considerably will be required to accomplish the spirit and the essence of FD enough in the future in Japan. As a result of the research of SD, the following respect was clarified.
