Research Abstract

前年度に引き続き病変の血流動態を反映していると考えられるdynamic imageおよびcontrast index versus time curve(CI curce)のパターンを分析し,臨床的に診断能の向上に付加的情報を得ることができるかについて検討をした。
本年度は,顎口腔領域の腫瘍で一番多い扁平上皮癌と増殖因子との関係,二番目に多い悪性リンパ腫.良性の唾液腺腫瘍の中で一番多い多形性腺腫,弧在性骨嚢胞,血管平滑筋腫の分析を行い,有用な情報を得た。
1.弧在性骨嚢胞は,真の嚢胞と異なり内部に造影剤の取り込みがあり,600秒を過ぎてもCI curveが増加し続ける特有のパターンを示したことを報告した。(Eur J Radiol Extra)
2.扁平上皮癌のCI curveから得られた最大CI値あるいは最大勾配が増殖因子PCNAと相関関係にあり,CI curveにより予後が予測できる可能性があることを報告した。(Oral Oncol)
3.扁平上皮癌と悪性リンパ腫の最大CI値あるいは最大CI値に達するまでの時間を比較することによって両者を区別できる可能性を報告した。(Eur J Radiol)
良性の唾液腺腫瘍の中で一番多い多形性腺腫の形態的,信号的特徴に加えて,CI curveに付加価値があることを報告した。(Oral Oncol)
4.血管平滑筋腫が血管豊富な実態を反映する造影剤の取り込みが速くしかも最大CI値が高いという特有のCI curveを示すことを報告した。(Eur J Radiol Extra)
今後もさらに各種病変に対してdynamic imageおよびCI curceのパターンを分析してゆく予定である。
