Research Abstract |
The Documents of Transmission of Heikyoku are referred to the Music score of Heikyoku ("Heikyoku Fuhon"), the Manuals of Heikyoku ("Heikyoku Shinan Sho"), and the documents of blind performers ("Toudou Shiryo"). (1)The research took place at : Miyazaki Memorial Library, Akama shrine, Takahashi Teiichi, Seoul University Library in Korea, Yale University Library in USA. (2)New documents added are as follows ; Heike Ginpu stored in Miyazaki Memorial Library, Heike Monogatari Nagato Version stored in Yale University Library, The Documents of Toudou stored in Yale University Library, Toudou Syuyouroku stored in Niigata University, and Toudou Ryakki at Suzuki Takatsune's. (3)I was taught a special narrative song of Heike Monogatari by Hashimoto Toshie, the current performer of Heikyoku. (4)I traced "Imayou" and "Rouei," two different types of songs, in Heike Monogatari. (5)I made an argument about two basic merodic patterns "kudoki" and "chuon" in Heikyoku.
