Research Abstract	遍歴的な電荷が相転移を起こして局在化し、局在化した電荷が規則正しく整列する(電荷整列)現象が一群の分子導体で発見され、新たな電子状態として注目されている。この状態は伝導電子が遍歴的な性格と局在的な性格をもつ分子導体に普遍的に存在する電子状態であるとの視点から系統的な研究を進めている。この研究では電荷分布の濃淡(不均化)を振動分光法と磁気共鳴によって追跡し、本年度は以下の点を明らかにした。(1)電荷の不均化に伴って分裂する分子振動モードは振電相互作用の影響も受ける。この分裂したモードを解析することにより整列した電荷の対称性やバンド幅についての情報を得る事ができる。(2)θ-型のBEDT-TTF塩の相図を作成するための系統的な研究を行っている。最も狭いバンド幅をもつθ-(BEDT-TTF)_2Cu(CN)[N(CN)_2]_2の相転移が横縞の電荷整列を伴うことを証明した。高温相は電荷整列状態が揺らいでいる状態である。(3)斜方晶系と単斜晶系のθ-(BEDT-TTF)_2TIZn(SCN)_4の相転移について研究した。後者の結晶では斜め方向に電荷が縞状に整列している。(4) β"-型のBEDT-TTF塩の絶縁相を明らかにするためにβ"-(BEDT-TTF)_3(ReO_4)_2の相転移を調べた。絶縁相では3量体の両端に電荷が局在した構造をとっている。θ-型のBEDT-TTF塩とは異なる整列様式である。(5)TMTTF塩の電荷秩序相に対して^<13>C NMR測定から,電荷配列状態とスピンダイナミックを議論した。また,TMTTF分子末端の水素を重水素で置き換えたTMTTF-d_<12>分子を作成し,電荷秩序転移に対する重水素効果を調べた。(6)このほか、種々の構造を取る(BEDT-TTF)_2MF_6塩に関してESR測定を行い,その電荷状態と磁気的性質について微視的な観点から考察を行った。
