Research Abstract |
ムスカリン性アセチルコリン受容体M2サブタイプ変異体の結晶化・高次構造の解明を主目的とした。約8Aの回折点を示す結晶が再現的に得られる条件を見いだしたが、原子構造の解明には至らなかった。副次的課題として、ムスカリン受容体の細胞内第3ループがフレキシブルな構造を取ること、ムスカリンM4受容体の細胞内移行には2つ以上の機構が併存すること、ムスカリン受容体のリサイクリングに関わるモチーフの同定、などの結果を得た。
