Research Abstract |
The houses in Japan have been improved at the points of the quality and the quantity, but they did not become fully satisfactory. As the global environmental issues get seriously, we need to prepare the stocks of the high-quality house which have necessary and sufficient conditions. The purpose of this study is to develop the evaluation method which combines the principle of house as the origin point which is required by human genuine desire and the satisfaction structure which is led from two different comforts; one is positive pleasantness and other is passive comfort. 1) Architectural environmental engineering group: This group, with the following two groups conducted three social surveys at 3 residential areas in Nagoya on 1,200 inhabitants respectively. tions and plus factors. Then they revealed the decision-making process on purchase of house from the date of interview survey. Furthermore, they developed the control method of new ventilation system using the difference of temperature and humidity among several rooms in a house, and clarified the rise of sudden illness, the necessity of an improvement of an indoor environment with the background of rapid increase of sudden illness and an aging society. 2) Architectural design group: They searched for inhabitants' demands for the floor size and the threshold of it. They expressed the amount of a regional verdure as the rate of the verdure reflected in the eye of a walker numerically. They compared the actual evaluations of regional inhabitants for verdure environment and the evaluations of subjects in experiment with picture stimuli. And they discussed their mutual relationships. 3) Psychological and Physiological group: In the social surveys, they investigated the dissatisfaction and the comfort of daily actions in their houses and analyzed the relationships of them and their effects on the evaluations on their living. In addition, they collected the date of the words reminded from 'abundance in living' and 'abundance in life' and conducted the semantic analysis of the word 'abundance' by KJ method. And they clarified the ideal dwelling for middle aged Japanese. Less
