| Research Abstract |
研究課題に関して,今年度は以下のような研究成果を得た。
1.宗政,原田(分担者)との共同研究として,Boris Venkov氏の研究協力を得て進めていた,48次元のextremalな符号および格子についての研究を継続した。特に,singly even codesとodd latticeについて,extremalなものをneighborに持つ場合と持たない場合の構成について,論文としてまとめた。また,副産物として新しい長さ48のZ_4-codeを発見した。
2.同じく宗政,原田とは,72次元の(存在が知られていない)extremal codeと,5-designの関係について調べ,デザインをwordとして生成したものが,code自身に一致するという結果を得た。論文として,投稿中である。
3.原田との共同研究として,中空大幸(岡山大学大学院)の研究協力を得て,(non)self-orthogonalなデザインの構成と特徴付けについて,研究を進めた。符号理論的な観点も合わせて,部分的な結果を得ており,来年度に向けて進行中の研究である。
4.宮本,山田(分担者),Lam(海外共同研究者)とは,モンスターの元に対応する,√<2>E_8型latticeのLeech latticeへの埋め込みについて考察を始めた。山田・Lam達のMcKay observationに関する結果を踏まえての研究であるが,現時点で進行中であり来年度以降の課題である。
