Research Abstract |
The research had been carried out for 3 years, based on such consideration that the whole production processes of the shipbuilding are effectively digitized. Results of the study are as follows ; (1)Basic idea for the application of "ubiquitous" and digital production to shipbuilding process was examined, and production simulations using three-dimensional CAD, application of wearable computer, application of RFID, etc. were studied. (2)The optimization of the ship production process was studied to the scheduling and production management for efficient improvement. Applied techniques were taboo search method, simulated annealing (SA) method, branch and bound method, etc. (3)From the viewpoint that a core of the production is a human, work evaluation had been carried out using ergonomics and biomechanics, for welding work, lifting job, traffic access in the narrow division as an example. (4)Concerning the production accuracy, the deformation of steel plates by welding and gas heating was simulated. The quality control system considering the robustness was also studied.
