Research Abstract |
Recently metal-free system has been expected because of ethetic appearance demand and anxiety for metallic alleregy problem from patiets. The aim of this study is to evaluate the recent metal-free systems for core built-up. The results obtaines this projest are as follows ; 1. Elastic moduli of commercial fiber posts were mostly greater than those of dentin. 2. The fracture strength of restored teeth with a fiber post was almost same as that with a metal post when the absorption of alveolor ridge was great. 3. The bonding strenth of composite resins to fiber posts impoved after silanation fo the fiber post. 4. The coronal leakege imporved when the resoration was placed with fiber psots and dentin adhesive system employed.
