Research Abstract

1 痛覚関連性心理的要素の解析
口腔顔面領域への感覚閾値とうつ状態との関連性が示唆されたことを踏まえ、精神状態のみならず、遺伝的関与が大いに考慮できる性格との関連性を検索し、口腔顔面領域における感覚閾値との関連性する心理的要素をより詳細に解析した。手背と口腔顔面領域としての舌尖における感覚閾値それぞれに関与する性格傾向に相違が認められた。
2 口腔顔面痛患者を対象とした解析
口腔顔面痛患者の協力を得て口腔顔面領域における感覚閾値と精神状態および性格との関連性を検索中である。健常人で得た結果の臨床現場へのフィードバックを行い臨床的意義の検討を進めた。
