Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We have improved molecular beam epitaxy growth of zinc-oxide two-dimensional electron gas for further enhancement of its mobility, and performed ultralow-temperature quantum transport measurements adopting mesoscopic conduction methods. Results of oscillation period change observed in various anti-dot structures suggest formation of the spin-polarized composite particles in the even-denominator fractional quantum Hall state.
