Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We synthesized CuInS2 (core) /CdS (arms) nanotetrapods. Transient absorption spectroscopy showed that excited electrons generated in CuInS2 core transfer to CdS arms, and delocalized at whole tetrapod structure. We also synthesized CdSe (core) @ CdS (shell) with various shell thickness. Single dot spectroscopy revealed that CdS@CdS with thicker shell has higher radiative recombination rate of biexcitons.
