自閉症スペクトラム障害幼児における早期対人相互作用の定量解析に基づく発達支援法

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

①研究参加児の募集：所属研究室及び提携している他大学研究室，病院から応募を募り，生活年齢2～5歳の自閉症スペクトラム障害児15名をリクルートした。更に，提携保育園から応募を募り，定型発達児40名をリクルートした。②対人相互作用，発達障害・行動，音声言語・模倣・共同注意評価：1) 早期対人相互作用への発達支援法の開発：新版K式発達検査2001による全般的な発達評価を， CARS及びPARSによる自閉症重症度評価を，及びCBCLによる行動評価を行った。更に，より複雑な社会的行動評価として，音声言語をJ-CDIs，模倣をMIS，共同注意をESCSによって測定した。2) 工学デバイスを用いた対人相互作用の定量解析：自閉症スペクトラム障害児における笑顔の表出をウェアラブルデバイスにより計測する試みを開始した。同時に，対人距離をモーションキャプチャーにより，心臓の活動を心電図により計測する試みも開始した。更に，自然な遊び場面における，支援者と自閉症スペクトラム障害児間の交互交代行動を，球体デバイスによって計測した。③支援の開始：自閉症スペクトラム障害児におけるアイコンタクト，笑顔表出について自然な遊び場面を通した支援を開始した。その結果，「反応に対する時間遅延」「逆模倣」「くすぐり」「ストレンジ・シチュエーション」などの手続きを用いたことにより，参加児のアイコンタクト，及び笑顔表出の頻度が増加した。④第1版支援マニュアルの完成と支援プログラムの運用：第1版支援マニュアルとして，支援者の行動チェックリストを完成させた。それを用いた上で臨床心理士2名に対し講習を実施し，その後，病院内でプログラムを運用した。

Reason

当該年度の研究計画に沿い，①研究参加児の募集，②対人相互作用，発達障害・行動，音声言語・模倣・共同注意評価，③支援の開始，④第1版支援マニュアルの完成を遂行した。更に，外部施設での支援プログラム運用や，工学デバイスを活用した支援，感情認知研究へと研究内容を発展させた。そしてワークショップを通じ，対人相互作用支援プログラムの成果を広く現場で運用する，という取り組みも開始している。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

本研究課題の推進方策として，以下の2点が挙げられる。1. 自閉症スペクトラム障害児の対人相互作用における，工学デバイスを用いたフィードバックの効果検証を行っていく。2. 本年度，支援プログラムを運用した病院以外にも，保育園，小学校への普及と運用を行っていく。
