| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
本研究の目的は、日本・中国・韓国の間でプロジェクトベースでの温室効果ガス排出削減対策が実施されることによる環境及び経済へ の影響を分析し、国際協力を促進する政策シナリオを提案することである。持続可能な発展に貢献したプロジェクトとして 風力発電を選定とし、日本と韓国の間で行われるCDMプロジェクトの環境及び経済への影響分析ができるモデルを構築した。その分析結果を見ると、日韓の二国間で行われるCDMプロジェクトが両国における温室効果ガス削減に貢献し、費用効率的であることが明らか になった。このような研究結果を踏まえて、昨年度は経済的な効果を分析るためのモデルの改良とともに、日本と中国、中国と韓国 の二国間モデルを構築した。
