Outline of Annual Research Achievements

地域包括ケアシステム構築の一翼を担う地域包括支援センターの職員のメンタルヘルスの保持増進は、地域保健上極めて重要な課題である。本研究の目的は、地域包括支援センター職員のバーンアウトの経年的軌跡（Trajectory）を明らかにし、その軌跡への関連要因、および離職というアウトカムとの関連の検討を行うことである。これらの結果を基に、地域包括支援センター職員のバーンアウト対策のへ具体的提案を行う。
平成27年度は、①東京都杉並区の地域包括支援センター職員全員へのアンケート調査（4年目のパネル調査）、②東京都特別区地域包括支援センター職員全員へのアンケート調査（横断調査）、の2つを実施した。

予定していた2つの調査を実施しており、計画通りに遂行できている。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

次年度以降のパネル調査の実施に向け、関係者とのコンタクトを密にしていく。また、横断調査のデータは、論文化に向けて取り組んでいく。

Causes of Carryover

今年度の支出の多くを占めていた調査（東京都特別区の地域包括支援センター職員全員への郵送調査）に関して、別の研究費を獲得できたため、その研究費で一部必要を補うことができたため。

Expenditure Plan for Carryover Budget

データクリーニング等に人件費等が必要になるため、次年度以降で今年度の未使用額を充てる予定である。また、未使用額によって成果発表（論文化、学会発表）をより積極的に行う。
