| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
In the last stage of my research, first of all, I was able to keep attending important international academic conferences such as Association of Asian Studies 2017 at Toronto, and Association of Asian Studies in Asia 2017 at Seoul, and several other conferences in Asia to present my research output and exchange my ideas with scholars internationally. Secondly, during this stage, I was able to further move on and work on my manuscript under the title of 'Independent Cinema across Borders in Contemporary Asia'; and it was temporarily contracted with the University of Amsterdam press. Thirdly, several articles related to the ongoing manuscript project are being published on English-language journals. All these work has laid basis for my new project.
