Research Abstract |
For smooth management of the priority area, we organized the head group and had meetings 3 or 4 times per year. In the head meetings, we discussed about the direction and the plan of the priority area, the program of the below meetings etc and exchanged information with each other. We had the plenary meetings of the priority area once per year and discussed about the plan of all projects (2004/10/15, 2005/4/28, 2006/5/12) and the public symposiums for the annual research report of all projects in 2005/3/7-8, 2005/10/20-21, 2005/12/26-27, 2008/2/14-16. For these meetings and symposiums, we prepared the information service for the visually impaired person. In 2006, the two special thematic sessions for the international conferences (ICCHP2006 and IEEE EMBC2006) were taken place.
