| Research Abstract |
本年度は、第4年度であり、第3年度までの成果のまとめと国内外の学会での成果発表を引き続き行った。さらに、昨年度までに作成した刺激を用いた実験を行った。これまでのまとめとして、18年度までに実施した、学生に対する調査及び実験、並びに市民に対する社会調査の結果についての国際学会での発表を行った。具体的には、研究組織を構成するもの全員が、2007年7月にオーストラリアのアデレードで開催された「2007年心理学と法に関する国際的・学際的会議(Psychology and Law: International, interdisciplinary conference 2007)」で一連発表としてポスター発表を行った。この発表では、同大会において特に優秀なポスター発表に贈られるPoster Session Awardを受け、関連書籍の贈呈を受けた。
また、国内では、2007年10月に北海道大学で開催予定の「法と心理学会」で研究組織メンバーによる報告を行った。
以上の他、実験も引き続き実施した。岡田が研究組織に復帰したため、南山大学にて実験を行った。一つは、刑事公判における冒頭陳述の理解度が、公判の内容に関する判断に影響を及ぼすか、及ぼすとすればどのようなものかを検討する実験である。
他に、評議に関して12月に年度後半に実験を行った。具体的には、集団意思決定上、評議の進行権限と情報格差が意思決定にどのような影響を及ぼすかという命題について検証したものであった。
そして、この科研は本年度で最終年度であるため、年度末にはこれまでの成果をまとめ、今後の課題についても明らかにする。
