Research Abstract |
1)Wireless network for disaster privention is installed around the occurrence point of debris flow in Minamata. This network is connected to Internet via FTTH. 2)It is developed that the posision of celluar phone with GPS unit is developed. When it access the server, it returns the dynamic hazard map of debris flow. 3)To receive the precipitation radar data from MLIT, Japan, a VPN access lline is installed on FTTH. A Java program which save the received data to the XML database was developed. 4)Questionary for Minatama and stuffs of local goverments was held. 5)Anayzing the past rainfall and debris flows, it is founded that the critical limitation of occurrence of debris flow and the concentration time of the catchment area. 6)It is installed that a robot of sencing the debris flows at Nojiri River in Sakurajima Volcano. 7)After investiogation of the debris flow at Tarumizu, we concerned that it is nessesary to install our system in Japan.
