Research Abstract |
This research provides a theoretical framework of "civil law engineering", private- initiative small hand-maide institution-making methods for everyday life supports, and some examples of application in the following areas: child care, housing, traffics and local newworking. For the next step, the following wooks should be achieved: firstly, to discover the effect of the private enterprises initiatives, secondly, to focus on the aides to relatively week parts of the society, thirdly, to try comparative studies on the roles of wemen and IT revolution, and finaly, to reexamine torts law development in 20th century Japon.
