As a depopulated area and an isolated island have remarkable high birthrate compared with a city, this report shows a characteristic of young lifestyle in a local community based on the viewpoint of this birthrate. The local life-structure consists of solidarity, a role, a hierarchy, and social psychology. In a depopulated area and an isolated island, a peculiar lifestyle is retained, and this raises the birthrate of a local community. 1 The solidarity in a local community. In a depopulated area and an isolated island, human relations such as parents, relatives, neighbors, and friends are strong, and the mutual cooperation in a local community is maintained. 2 The role in a local community. The participation and activities such as a residents' association, a young people's association, an industrial group, and a cultural organization in a depopulated area and an isolated island is more active than the one in a big city 3 The hierarchy in a local community. In a depopulated area and an isolated island, the hierarchical structure in a local community is not firm from the viewpoints of academic career direction, occupational choice, stratum identification, a millionaire, an upper class residential area, and brand conscious; therefore, it is easy to be alive in these areas. 4 The social psychology in a local community. Youth in a depopulated area and an island consider that the severe social competition, strength of stress, social unrest, and richness in mind influence the birthrate. The social psychology and the public order in a depopulated area and an isolated island are much better than the one in a big city.
