Research Abstract |
As for the senior citizen's house repair by the nursing care insurance, the repair system which sends an adviser to their houses and the support system which supports many care-managers and carpenters are needed. The purpose of this research is to propose these repair and support system. The result are as follows. 1. The municipalities which have a repair system are about 18%, and other municipalities of about 80% have not it. 2.There are repair systems from level 1 to level 4, and are comparatively many systems of level 4 in the cities of 100,000 people or more in the population scale. However, there are comparatively many those of level 3 in the cities of less than 100,000 people. 3. Therefore, it is priority of possessing a repair system apart from the level to the municipalities which have no repair system. Especially, an administrative staff should concurrently hold the post of an adviser in the municipalities of less than 100,000 people, and the repair system with him should aim more than level 1. The municipalities which have a repair system in the house remodeling promotion program should apply it to the house repair of the nursing care insurance, and should aim more than level 3. Sending a private adviser and aiming at level 4 are the targets in the municipalities which have already a repair system. 4. There is little support system to care-managers and carpenters. First of all, a basic organization that supports the system might be necessary, and as for it, a NPO method would be generally more suitable than other methods.
