This research will develop and demonstrate a new strategic planning mechanism for achieving multiple benefits of Clean Energy policies in Asian mega-cities, together with a robust analytical framework that can be used to assess those benefits during the development and implementation process.

1: Research has progressed more than it was originally planned.
Reason
The data collection process has been completed and the model has been accomplished. We have successfully applied the model to the 5 case studies and a book has been written based on the results and will be published in August, 2018.

Strategy for Future Research Activity |
The policy objectives of the optimal plausible portfolio will be prioritized across the drivers/barriers in each city and finally, a roadmap (strategic plan) of CE policies will be developed (up to 2050).
