Outline of Annual Research Achievements

平成30年度は,計画に基づいて筋電信号に基づく運動意図推定のための計測と信号解析のシステムを構築した.日常生活環境でも安定的な筋電信号を計測するために導電性シリコン材料を用いて積層型の筋電計測電極を制作し,信号の質と導電性シリコンのパラメータとの関係を明らかにした.カーボンブラックの配合率が異なる導電性シリコンおよび導電性不織布を積層型に成形し,間に挟んだ金メッキ線をアンプと繋げることで積層型の筋電センサを構成した.このような積層構造を成すことで,計測される筋電の振幅が増加することが確認された.そこで,金メッキ線と接触するシリコンは高濃度に固定し,肌と接触する部分のカーボンブラックの濃度はどの値が最適なのかを実験により確かめた.本実験の結果から,肌と接する導電性シリコンのカーボンブラック濃度を変化させると,筋電の計測特性が変化することが明らかとなった.さらに,重量比2.6%の導電性シリコンと4%の導電性シリコンを重ねた積層型電極が最も安定して大きな筋電を計測できることがわかった.
また,前年度に実現した筋電信号と生体インピーダンスの同時計測装置を用いて信号源インピーダンスの影響を調べた.筋電信号の質を直接的に影響する要因である生体インピーダンスを計測し,生体インピーダンスによる電極接触状況を判断する機能を開発した.筋電計測の参考電極が外れた状態や,電極の接触面積が少ない状態などを高い正解率で判断できることが確認された.
