Outline of Annual Research Achievements

コンピテンシー志向の授業づくりに関わる理論的・実証的研究の成果として、大きく次の３点を挙げることができる。
第一に、コンピテンシー志向の授業づくりに先進的に取り組んでいるドイツの動向をまとめ、研究成果として公開することができた点である。ドイツにおいては、コンピテンシー志向の授業（Kompetenzorientierter Unterricht）は学校カリキュラム改革・授業改革・教師教育改革における重要な契機として捉えられている。2018年度はこの三つの側面に渡る研究動向および実践動向の３年間にわたる調査をまとめた。
第二に、（コンピテンシー）資質・能力を意識した中等教育学校における実践開発に着手した点である。2017年度までの中学校における開発実践に続いて、2018年度には高等学校における開発実践にも継続的に着手した。とりわけ、生徒が自分自身の資質・能力の到達点やその意味を意識するワークシートの開発と、そのワークシートを活用した教員研修のあり方にも着手することができた。
第三に、コンピテンシー志向のカリキュラム改革と授業づくりに関わる日本とドイツにおける研究・実践の成果を、学会発表及び論文等において公開することができた点である。日本のコンピテンシー志向のカリキュラム改革と授業づくりの成果をドイツ語文献において公開するとともに、ドイツのコンピテンシー志向の教育改革の動向を学会発表および論文執筆において公開することができた。また、これらの過程を通して、コンピテンシー志向の教師教育のあり方の重要性にも触れることができた点も、本研究の副次的な成果の一つである。
