Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We have noted candidate genes (such as CHP1, PTGDS, PTRF, and CXCL12) contributing to the development of distant metastasis after complete resection of NSCLC. Further biologic profiling may subsequently help to understand underlying mechanism of postoperative distant metastasis and ultimately lead to novel targeted therapy of NSCLC.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
