Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The purpose of this research was to clarify whether physical education classes for university students contribute to "Bachelor's Degree Ability", "Fundamental Competencies for Working Persons" and "The Sport Basic Plan". In the intervention class, we performed "class target reflection sheet", "physical education homework", "cognitive intervention". As a result of the analysis, the effect was recognized that "basic qualities and abilities as human beings", "action", "teamwork", "exercise behavior stage", "decision balance (benefit)". From these results, it was shown that the intervention class is effective for "bachelor's degree ability, fundamental competencies for working persons and exercise behavior" for university students.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
本研究の学術的意義や社会的意義は,大学体育授業を大学が求める「学士力」だけでなく,国が求める「社会人基礎力」の向上や「スポーツ実施の推進」の観点から介入をしている点にある.また,介入後すぐの効果ではなく,1年半後の持続効果を測定する点にも特色があると言える. 結果として,大学体育が介入授業を通して,「人間としての基本的な資質・能力」,「前に踏み出す力」,「チームで働く力」,「運動行動ステージ」,「意思決定バランス(恩恵)」に好影響を及ぼすことが示唆された.これは,学生が社会から求められる能力の向上につながるため,学生自身にとっても社会にとっても有益な研究である.
