Research Abstract |
The concept and formation of poetical sites in Chinese literature is closely related to the Japanese Haiku which is based on realistic experience than the topographical imagination and Tanka in Japanese literature. However, there are also some imaginative and invisible things which existed in the poetical sites, furthermore, the various aspects in the sites famous in Haiku which appeared later, was formed and developed by the sites famous in tanka; noh songs, war chronicles and Bashyo, has incorporated poetical songs, novels and so on to the development of poetical sites. New knowledge about the reconstruction, current state and the climatic characteristics of the poetical sites were gained through a field research conducted in Southern Jiangsu, Anhui Province and in Northern Shandong, Shanxi Province. The research results in this report includes 1) a thesis to elucidate the value of the literature in poetical sites in terms of the overall image of the poetical sites and expansion of recognized poetry barriers. 2) the study of poetical sites where a field research was conducted in Anhui Province. 3) An investigation on the aspects of formation and spread of the poetical viewpoint by researching the local recorded of the southern Song Dynasty which the concept of the poetical sites was formed clearly. 4) Through the formation of two poetical sites (Mt.Qi and Xinghua Village) in Chizhou city (Anhui Province) it shows the gap between succession of the literary work and aspects of the reality of the poetical sites. 5) the study on the changes of the Southern consciousness was conducted by observing the usage of the character "Zhang". 6) the phase theory of the poetical sites as an cultural landscape. 7) A thesis which considered the aspects of the poetical sites which can be seen in narrative literature of the Heian period. 8) the study investigates into the problems concerning the various types of connotation in one type of dictionary of poetical sites-"Iwanami Dictionary of Chinese Poetry Travelogue", written and edited by Minoru Takeuchi.
