| Research Abstract |
This Project mainly collected Russian side historical materials to study Japan and Russia relations of the late Tokugawa period.
The purpose of this project collects the Russia side historical materials which is not introduced to Japan, and translates the historical materials, and to publish it. and to promote the study of the history of Japan and Russia relations.
This project published three next source books.
1. Roshia shiryo ni miru 18-19-seki no Nichi-Ro kankei, dai-2 shu [Japanese-Russian Relations during the 18th-19th Centuries Based on the Russian Archives, Part 2], In this source book is recorded 49 points of historical materials from 1764 to 1795
2. Roshia shiryo ni miru 18-19-seki no Nichi-Ro kankei, dai-2 shu [Japanese-Russian Relations during the 18th-19th Centuries Based on the Russian Archives, Part 2], In this source book is recorded 54 points of historical materials from 1701 to 1762
