Research Abstract

中国の高ラドン地域で肺がんの症例・対照研究を行った。喫煙などの影響を考慮したオッズ比は、屋内ラドンレベルが<20(Bq/m3)を参照カテゴリーとすると、20-49(Bq/m3)で3.7、50-149(Bq/m3)で3.3、150+(Bq/m3)で>999で、屋内ラドンで肺がんリスクが増加する可能性が示された。トロンでは関連は観察されなかった。さらに対象者を追加し、リスクの定量的な評価の精度を上げる必要がある
