Research Abstract

The difficulties in introducing ES cell derived genomes into the mouse germ line. And more difficulties has germ line chimaerism.
And then we are improvement of aggregation methods.
We have many KO mice(IL-1α,IL-1β,IL-1Ra, IL-16,IL-17,MD-1, ADAM12,NR2.....).
But very low percentage of germ line chimera that cell injection into blastocyst and 8 cell stage aggregation.
Very important is establishment of good embryonic stem cell line.
2end important is ES cell cycle and embryo stage.
We had try on several medicines induced same stage cell cycle.
