Research Abstract |
This is a basic study on reconstruction and teaching practice of physical education from the point of view of many levels of interrelations. Physical education has been considered as a subject to learn behavioral level for a long time since the Meiji era in Japan. In the subject of physical education, we should notice three dimension among cognitive, behavioral and dispositional levels. And we should be interested in the notice of relations between learning contents of physical education and other learning contents which each student learns in school activities. In this study, four keywords are selected to reconstruct the contents of the new physical education. They are 'life', 'boby', ' human being' and 'co-creation'. They are selected as important keywords from my former studies. Each of them is a not a special content of school subject now in spite of the basic learning contents of education. The result of this research shows that not only students but also physical education teachers are interested in these four keywords and in reconstruction of the contents of physical education. Judging from my practice of physical education subjects in my university, these four keywords are very important and effective in creating a new sport culture among students and solving a new complex problem in their learning.
