| Research Abstract |
This research was done for the purpose of developing academics-industry-government collaboration system, business and management model to function effectively at the regional university. It's results is being cleared in the research results report or Sumihiro Matsuo. 2007. Academics-industry-government collaboration management of the regional university. Oita: Oita University VBL. The following mentions are the outline about the research results.
The academics-industry-government collaboration is working only as the system what included each function of liaison -IP management-transfer-incubation. The business model which cleared input and output is built and managed, and it, became most effective. Therefore, It must be built a system to function in the compact form in case of the regional university which lacks managerial resources, and it is necessary the management method that is managed dynamically by a small number of "multiple talented persons" who is suitable for it. In addition, it is necessary the business model which input and output are effective. But, securing and raising of professional persons is the biggest subject because the academics-industry-government collaboration management is dependent on the ability and the skill of manager. The cause of difference in performance of the academics-industry-government collaboration management in the Western and Japan is in the quality and quantity of the talented persons, though there was a matter in the difference of the method with research-development of the university. Therefore, the system and management for academics-industry-government collaboration aren't practical if the raising program of manager isn't included.
