Research Abstract |
There are various types of the spatial visions in the concept plans of the community designs. This paper study on the relation between the formative or changing process of the spatial visions and development of the community designs. At first, making the chronological table about the community development in Hyogo prefecture, we divided the 1970's-2005 into 4 periods that are the term of starting of community development, the term of expanding of community development, the term of restoration from Hanshin-Awaji earthquake disaster, and the term of evolving of community development, and we showed the each term's characteristics. And making the data-base of the spatial visions, we classified the spatial visions into 6 types considering items such as subject and content, scale, purpose, expression of spatial vision. The relational analysis between the formative or changing process of the spatial visions and development of the community designs was carried out in the cases of Kobe city. The result that the activity of community, historical elements in the district, and purpose of community design influence the formative or changing process of the spatial visions was obtained. And the relational analysis between the spatial visions and the actual conditions was carried out. Finally, as the result of the analysis, we verified the efficiency of the spatial visions for 3 points that are the efficiency of the purpose of the community design, the efficiency of the sustainability of the community design, the efficiency of the co-ownership (process of consensus building) of community development.
