Research Abstract |
1. Matters about the medical support to the social events held at the large-scale pulling in customers' institution I investigated the medical care of the large-scale pulling in customers' institution of the neighborhood and clarified the number of the disabled and contents, treatments, characteristics (ability for medical care) every institution. The article summarized about the medical correspondence of the baseball field (KJM 2007; 56: 85-91) is the first in Japan, and is rare abroad. I analyzed 'custom to ask the medical institutions in a document for emergency medicine correspondence to the social events, and gathered up the contents and ways of thinking for the medical care of the sponsors in an article (JJDM 2005 ; 10 : 10-18). This is the first that caught mass-gathering medicine at such a point of view, and the insufficient security of the spectators of. the domestic social events became clear. I proposed to abolish a medical care correspondence request only for documents without the effect, and to prepare more concrete support in medical institutions with events' sponsors/institutions. 2. Hatters about the education systems or consciousness-improvement of the medical worker side It is indispensable that the consciousness-improvement of the medical person side corresponding to the emergency medicine, and carried out disaster medical care lecture to the new faces (all the medical jobs/clerks), off-job training (OJT) specialized in disaster medicine to the residents, lecture to the medical students. The contents of OJT were announced in some societies. 3. Present evaluation for this study and future development Because of the above-mentioned study, I was entrusted as the member of Committee of Emergency Medicine, Tokyo Metropolitan Medical Association from 2007. I give future analysis and aim at the establishment of the medical care system to the bigger social events including Game of the Olympiad in 2016 the capital is inviting.
