Outline of Annual Research Achievements

今年度は、温熱療法シミュレーションシステムにおいて核となる高周波電磁界解析手法が目標性能を達成するためのコード改良を、WSクラスタ構築とともに研究を実施した。
改良内容は、階層型領域分割法においてボトルネックとなる領域間釣合問題の収束性の改善に向け、従来の共役勾配法系統よりも残差ノルムの振動が少なく、より安定した反復計算が可能となる共役残差法系統の適用を試みた。その結果、収束性が向上し,これまで解くことが非常に困難であった160億要素規模の超大規模解析に成功した。また、ここで開発した並列音響解析コードは、東京大学ADVENTURE Project HPにおいてADVETURE_FullWaveとして公開した。
また、並列メッシュ平滑化機能を実装した。テスト計算を繰返し、正しく動作していることを確認した。また、人体モデルにおいても動作することを確認した。
さらに、高周波電磁界解析の技術移転として音響解析コードの開発もあわせて実施し、今年度は、非ゼロデータ構造を導入することや、通信を削減するなどコードの最適化を行い、1億要素規模の大空間の音響解析に成功し、本研究によって開発した手法の波及性を実証した。また、ここで開発した並列音響解析コードは、東京大学ADVENTURE Project HPにおいてADVETURE_Soundとして公開した。
熱伝導解析コードの整備、および電磁界解析ー熱伝導連成解析手法を構築した。
