Hybrid Fatigue Life Assessment considering Meso- and Macro-scale Cyclic Plasticity Analysis

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究では、疲労き裂の発生から伝播までの一連のメカニズムを解明し、溶接熱影響部を含む溶接構造体の疲労き裂発生から伝播までの寿命を定量的に評価可能なシステムの確立を目指して研究を実施した。当該年度は、特に延性破壊を含む低サイクル疲労時の繰返し硬化挙動を再現可能な「繰返し弾塑性構成式」の精緻化を進めた。加えて、結晶すべりに加えてオーステナイト相からマルテンサイト相への加工誘起変態挙動の再現を目的とした「結晶塑性モデル」の汎用性拡大を行い、非線形変形挙動のシミュレーションツールとして完成度を高めた。
延性破壊を含む極低サイクル疲労に関する検討では、スカラー損傷変数に対する応力三軸度やLode角と言った応力状態の影響に関して、モール・クーロン破壊基準を考慮した。実験的検討においては、低サイクル疲労寿命に与える応力三軸度やLode角の影響に関して明らかにした。また、DIC計測された変形挙動を予測可能な数値モデルも完成させ、実験結果との比較により、その予測精度の高さを示した。
以上により、溶接継手などの具体的境界値問題の解析により、疲労き裂発生に至るまでに応力状態に依存して生じる局所的な変形挙動を明らかにし、溶接熱影響部を含む構造体の疲労き裂発生寿命を定量的に評価可能なシステムを完成させた。
