Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study which is based on Bohr's epistemological interpretation presents a new epistemological interpretation of physical quantity from information theoretical views. This interpretation means that physical quantities should be regarded as epistemological references to divide physical objects into our understanding parts. Furthermore, by applying this interpretation to weak value which is the outcome of weak measurement, weak value can be regarded as epistemological value which is depend on the epistemological reference, so-called quantum system. In other words, physical quantity and its value are depend on references which observers set, so they are available information through the references rather than physical properties.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
