Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Amino acid transporter SLC15A3 is selectively expressed on lysosome in macrophage and dendritic cell. Previously reported that SLC15A3 conjugate with NOD and works to immune response. On the other hand, macrophage controlls activation using amino acid metabolisms but detail mechanisms has not known. We found that SLC15A3 deficient macrophage defect activation when NOD independent pathways.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
