Outline of Final Research Achievements

Research regarding the administrative investigation process in light of the due process requirement, in comparison with the situation in the USA. The result of research is supposed to be a proposal of the due process law regarding the administrative investigation, which is not yet published. Continued effort will be made to the goal of publishing the results.
