Outline of Final Research Achievements

The initially envisioned "conservative and centralized current" of Japanese-style neoliberalism, due to its normative character, ceased its activities all together from the shift to a "new way of life" that avoided the three densities as a corona measure. Similarly, activities related to the conservatism regime were also suspended. As a result, activities that were not based on authority and located in the liberal regime became an important factor in the post-corona disaster town planning, and they were moving vigorously. Inbound tourism town planning, for example, seems to be making a rapid comeback, and social innovation-type industrial town planning activities, contrary to initial expectations, are moving autonomously and not converging with government-led, Japanese-style neoliberal activities.
