再度ノックアウト細胞のクローンを得ることからやり直した。Thermo社の試薬が良さそうに思えたため、これらによるノックアウト細胞の最構築を行うことにした。プラスミドの構築に非常に時間と予算がとられてしまったが、作製でき、細胞のクローンをいくつか得、評価を始めようとしたが、国研の担当者として新型コロナウイルス対応にすべてのエフォートを投入する必要があり、残念ながら実験を中断せざるを得なくなった。
