| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
脊髄損傷の早期・客観的重症度判定を可能にする分子バイオマーカーを開発することを目的として研究を行った。
令和元年度はラット脊髄損傷モデル脳脊髄 液サンプルよりプロテオミクスアプローチによりスクリーニングされELISAで二次絞り込みされた脊髄損傷バイオマーカー候補物質につき、バイオマーカーとしての妥当性を明らかにするため、脊髄損傷ラット血中濃度を測定した。Excitatory amino acid transporter 1 (EAAT1) and Myelin-associated glycoprotein (MAG)の2種のタンパクがバイオマーカー候補として挙げられた。
