Research Abstract

実験小動物として用いられるマウスを対象として、電子スピン共鳴(ESR)イメージング法の研究を行った。マウス頭部を計測する650MHzのマイクロ波共振器を作製し、ESR分光装置を改良した。また、スライス選択ESR画像を取得するイメージング法を開発した。さらに、データ取得を高速化することにより、マウス頭部において、半減時が短い六員環のナイトロキシルラジカルを可視化することに成功した。
