Research Abstract

金属系生体材料の生体適合性、さらに広く金属元素が生体に及ぼす影響を正しく評価するには、生体内での微量な金属元素の分布状態やその化学状態を分析し、生体内での金属元素の挙動を明らかにする必要がある。本研究ではX線強度を低下させることなく極めて強力なX線源である放射光を100~10μmφに集光し、ビーム径程度の微小領域を分析可能にし、生体組織に含まれる金属元素を主としたナノ微粒子や微量元素の化学状態、特に無機系や金属系生体材料から溶出した金属元素の生体内での分布状況、中でも化学状態を微小領域内で分析可能にする手法を開発することを目的とする。
