| Research Abstract |
市場支配的事業者規制、とりわけ私的独占、それに至らない不公正な取引方法、優越的地位の濫用に対する規制について解釈論、課徴金導入に関係する立法論を提言した。また市場支配的事業者を形成、強化等するおそれのある企業結合規制の分析方法、ネットワークに関係する市場における競争上の規制の比較法研究の成果を公表した。さらに、モバイル市場の競争のあり方等の事業法と競争法の交錯について研究成果を公表した。
